The problem
With a full book, the hard part is knowing who needs you
Every client is somewhere different in their move. The work is not doing the next step for each one: it is seeing, across all of them, who is on track and who is about to slip.
You cannot tell where a client stands at a glance
Each client’s status is spread across a spreadsheet, a folder of emails, and your own notes. Working out where one of them actually is means going through all of it.
The client falling behind does not stand out
Everyone sits on the same list, so the one who has gone quiet looks like everyone else. You often notice only once a deadline has already been missed.
The move date is easy to lose track of
Every client has a different move date, kept in a different place. With nothing lining them up, it is easy to lose track of who is moving soonest.
You find out too late to get ahead of it
Usually you hear there is a problem when the client emails to chase you. By then you are already behind, and the early signs were never anywhere you would have seen them.
How Plarelo solves it
Every client, at a glance, from one dashboard
Read where each client stands and bring the urgent ones to the top.
Where each client stands, without opening the plan
Every client is a card: a status, how many decisions and tasks are done, the days left to the move, and when they were last active. You read your whole book in a glance instead of opening each project to check.
Sort and search to bring the urgent ones up
Sort by last activity, by move date, or by name, and search across your clients, so the one moving soonest or gone quietest rises to the top. You spot who needs support before they have to reach out for it.
One feed of what just changed, everywhere
Alongside the dashboard, a single activity feed streams every change across all your clients as it happens: a task done, a decision weighed, a note added, each tagged with the client. Click any entry to open the record, and Plarelo emails you a summary when you are away.
Questions, answered
What does each client card show?
A derived status, how far the plan has progressed (decisions and tasks completed out of the total), how many days until the move, and when the client was last active. Enough to read where they stand at a glance.
Can I bring the urgent clients to the top?
Yes. Sort the dashboard by last activity, by move date, or by name, and search by client: whether you want who moved most recently or who is moving soonest, they surface first.
How is progress measured?
From the plan itself: the decisions and tasks marked complete against the total on that client’s plan. A client with no plan yet reads as exactly that, so nothing looks further along than it is.
Does it cover every client at once?
Yes, one dashboard spans all your active projects, so you keep your whole book in view instead of opening each one to check.
