How do the client and I share a plan?
You invite the client (or, when a client brings in an advisor, the other way round) and you both open the same live plan. There are no versions emailed back and forth: the plan you both see is the current one.
Can the client edit, or only view?
You decide. With collaboration enabled, the client works alongside you in the plan; otherwise they stay view-only. The project owner always has full editing access.
Where do questions and discussion go?
Threaded notes attach to any item, so a question about the school sits on the school decision itself (not buried in an inbox), and the whole exchange stays with the thing it is about.
Do changes show up live?
Yes. Edits and notes sync in real time, so you and the client are always looking at the same current plan rather than two drifting copies.
